Welcome to Instant Pot & Air Fryer Recipes! These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of the Instant Pot & Air Fryer Recipes mobile application ("App") and any related services ("Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Instant Pot & Air Fryer Recipes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Instant Pot & Air Fryer Recipes provides users with over 2,500 Instant Pot, Air Fryer, Slow Cooker and Sous Vide recipes. The App also allows you to meal plan, search by ingredients, add personalized notes to recipes, save grocery lists, sort recipes, translate recipes, view recipes in offline mode, use convertors and calculators, view cheat sheets, etc.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App.
• If you contribute content (e.g., submit recipes), you grant us the right to use and display such content within the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content within the App are the property of their respective owners. Instant Pot & Air Fryer Recipes does not claim ownership over third-party content.

5. Third-Party Services

• The App lets you view recipes that are owned by third parties.
• We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or content of any third parties.
• Your interactions with third-party services (including ads) are at your own risk.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Subscription & Lifetime Purchase

7.1 Subscription Plan

• Instant Pot & Air Fryer Recipes Premium is available as a monthly subscription.
• Subscription provides ad-free access and unlocks two features: Adding notes to recipes and the Oven to Air Fryer Convertor.
• The subscription automatically renews every month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed through Google Play Billing.

7.2 Lifetime Purchase

• Users can choose to pay a one-time fee for lifetime access to all premium features.
• The lifetime plan does not expire and includes all future updates and features at no additional cost.

7.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• Users can manage or cancel their monthly subscription via Google Play Store settings.
• Google Play’s refund policies apply; refunds are typically not provided for already processed payments.
• The lifetime purchase is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of any recipe or the App.
• Accuracy or reliability of third-party content.
• That the App will be free from errors or interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
